Situated on the 3rd floor at the rear of the building, the apartment was built in 2004 and is fully furnished to a high standard and has the following features:

Ø      Double bedroom with king size bed and walk-in wardrobe.

Ø      Lounge with 2-seater sofa bed (to sleep an additional 2 people if required), dining table etc.

Ø      Colour cable TV, CD radio/player, 1Mb broadband internet connection

Ø      Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, electric oven and hob and full set of crocery, saucepans, cutlery, glassware etc.

Ø      Bathroom with shower and under floor heating
